Hot Hot Shake First

We wanted to make a hot sauce that was good on everything but could not come up with a "cool" name. So, because we normally shake the bottle before we use it, we went with, Hot Hot Shake First. This hot sauce starts with a cayenne pepper chilis which gives it a clean, direct heat, followed by green chili which gives a ripe, fresh heat, and we end with a chipotle pepper, which gives the hot sauce a full body, smokey finish.
